On March 28, 2009 at 8.30PM (local time), people around the world would be swithching off their lights for a whole hour to show support for Earth. Major cities would all over the world would be joining this historic event. Though no major city in Japan will be participating in Earth Hour, according to a site, some major companies showed their support.
