i just saw this news online about university students eating inside toilet cubicles. though it’s really gross just thinking that, but the reality that this is happening in japan is sad.

according to this news, a notice inside university toilets banning graffitti, smoking and eating has been seen, especially inside the men’s toilet. it seems that some students would rather eat inside these toilets than be seen eating alone.

some people may see that this is just ridiculous, but in japan where suicide rates are high, people should take a look at this seriously. these people may just start with eating inside toilets, but in the future, they might withdraw from society or worse, might end their life due to loneliness.
